The Condrieu "Le secret de Pline" is made from the oldest Viognier vines of the PDO, including the Coteau de Bassenon (the northernmost plot of the PDO, including / where its rigot / court-d'eau le "Bassenon" cuts the Côte-Rôtie and the Condrieu); then on the slopes of Vernon and Verlieux. 1000 bottles produced from a selection of micro-plots made up of granites and metamorphic rocks (quartz, feldspars, mica). Harvest by successive sorting, vinification and aging for 12 months in new barrels, not fined, unfiltered.  Very great wine Aromatic Wine | Elegant | Fruity | Mineral | Tender. To taste at 12 ° C  Aging potential 15-20 years.
