A very pretty Pinot Noir, gourmet and fresh on sunny plots on limestone and silty soils bringing a lot of freshness to the wine. Beautiful intense red color with bluish reflections. The nose is powerful with aromas of red fruits (wild strawberries) followed by minty notes. The palate offers a perfect balance between acidity and structure. The finish is aromatic with silky tannins.

Perfect with grilled meats, game or lamb.
